We've got a new lady in the house! Fall is almost on our doorsteps and I really felt I needed something that spoke of the season. Designing something so focused without being completely literal can have its obstacles. For example: I didn't want to have leaves or pumpkins present. I found my inspiration from warm colors and old woven patterned blankets. You know the ones... with the dark muted colors and scratchy wool. Love those!
Brynne is everything that is comfy, free, and cozy. I imagine the wedding ceremony outside amongst the fallen leaves and blowing wind. Dinner atop re-purposed picnic tables, overflowing with flowers and candle light. Followed by friends wrapped in cozy, worm blankets gathered around a fire with apple cider and s'mores in hand.
